"If you’re not doing business with Darlene, please don’t do business with Jay Janous because he has a very nasty attitude and gets smart when you ask questions about your bill. However Darlene is very passionate about her work and I’ve been doing business with her for years so now I got to find insurance elsewhere. I deal with the public everyday and no matter how agitated customers get, I still have to keep a pleasant attitude. One bad review can ruin a business therefore I really thought about it before leaving this review. Also I never like bringing up conversations surrounding prejudice but a person of any race can be prejudice. Jay definitely gave those vibes towards me. He quoted “ it’s not our place to remind you of a bill and I never asked them too that’s what Auto payment is used for. I had just made a regular payment for the amount I was told that is due and the next month here comes a double payment. So on this morning I called to pay the double payment but still trying to figure out how it double and I didn’t miss a payment but I was gone go ahead and pay today because they were closed yesterday when I called. So on today when I called I asked to speak to Darlene but had forgotten that he said she was out the last time I spoke with him but anyway He hung up the phone in my face as soon as I said Hi, is Darlene in. If anyone is reading this and know me personally you know very well that I’m a respectful person and very genuine. Jay just was agitated that day perhaps that I had questions about my payment and he stepped out of line and was not professional at all. And on another note I wonder is he short staffed at the office because he answered the phone both days that I called and I don’t think I ever had the experience of speaking with him until now surrounding this incident. I hope your future days is better than past days. I forgive you and I’m moving on! Blessings to you and your staff."
